 Birth, Bubs and Beyond offers childbirth and early parenting education for parents expecting their first child, for those who didn't get to do it the first time round, or those that just want to be better informed this time.Courses are based in Wollongong - south of Sydney. Education is offered to those in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, or those willing to travel. Workshops cover stages of labour, when to go to hospital, role of support person, pain relief options and ways to work with your body in labour. Other topics include caesarian birth, breastfeeding, settling your newborn, nappy changing and swaddling babies and information on community resources. Birth, Bubs and Beyond workshops are facilitated by Liz - friendly birth educator and mother who offers childbirth education in small group sessions or private tuition in the studio. Her passion is informing families by giving up to date and relevant information so that you can have an enjoyable and empowering birth experience, and a smooth transition to parenthood.
